Mordy Goode is the Founder and Managing Partner of Upward Care. Mordy is responsible for the daily operations of the portfolio and oversees all communications with the management companies, investors and banking relationships. He also directly manages the financial and marketing departments. Mordy comes from a family of healthcare industry veterans and has been involved in numerous healthcare transactions. A born entrepreneur, Mordy began his career establishing a successful private label ecommerce business, as well as owning and managing his own portfolio of residential and multifamily investment properties. Keen ability to communicate and interact with people, combined with creativity and ambition are key propellers for Mordy as he continues to grow his healthcare business through acquisitions and optimization of current assets.

Benjamin Schlossberg is the Co-Founder of Upward Care, as well as Managing Member at Shelbourne Global Solutions. Ben offers unparalleled expertise and resources to real estate investors and strategic partners. With a decade of hard-won results in the commercial sector, Ben has been responsible for the acquisition and integration of more than eight million square feet of some of the best Class A office buildings in secondary & tertiary markets. In addition, Ben has established a unique approach in the acquisition and financing of these properties. Prior to founding Shelbourne, Ben specialized in buying performing and non-performing debt.

Nathan joined Upward shortly after its inception and has assumed the role of Director of Investor Relations. He leads the company in equity raises and focuses on cultivating and maintaining investor relationships. Nathan is the Founder and Principal of Evian Capital Group, and has been trading stocks for several high net-worth individuals since 2014. His experience in the equity markets and knowledge of broad business in general have helped him connect with people of various industries.
